Flashing back screen and Glitchy cursor

I recently installed some cc/mods on the sims 4, however whenever im NOT playing the sims my computer has started to bug out, im pretty sure this might be caused by a sims mod becuase this wasnt an issue until i downloaded some mods now whenever im just regularly (Not on the sims) using my compter the cursor when i try to drag something thats to 'bug out' and fling itself all over the place, or my screen randomly flashes black or bugs out, only for a second or 2 though.

Has anyone else had this issue? How do i fix it, as much as i love my mods id also like a working computer.
