Freezing sims doing no actions

Hi everyone, I have had this bug since just after the release of hobbies and business DLC, which basically breaks the life aspect of my game. My Sims are constantly freezing and won't take any action, they will have them in their future actions but won't do it. I tried to delete most of my CC and mods, but nothing helps. Here is the BE report attached to the file. 

I went through all my folders, sorted them, and cannot find this one. I tried looking it up on the internet, and some had the same problem, but I couldn't find a solution... I'm lost, can someone help me if you have any idea?
