For Rent Bug (Residential Rental - Residential)

Question

When I try to convert lots from residential rental to residential I get the following message "This owned lot cannot be changed. Please sell this residential rental via the owned business panel in live mode." Yet no one owns the property, the property owner is blank. And no sims occupy the lot.

@Darnellcotez Are you using mods ? If so, did you test without ?
