Forever full and never weary stopped working after new update

I'm currently working on my super sim and I have all the aspiration rewards unlocked already. 

After the growing together expansion was downloaded and the base game updates my Sims is now getting hungry and tired all the time. I've trained using cheats to get the traits back but they aren't working
