Furniture in Progress Disappearing from Workbench

Question

When trying to create items on the Woodworking table, sculptures complete as normal but furniture does not complete or go into Sims' household inventory. It gets about 90% of the way there, then auto-cancels and the project in progress disappears from the workbench. It still consumes the cost to make the item at the beginning so it's essentially swallowing money.

I've tried the following to troubleshoot:

Existing save with CC enabled (first time I noticed the bug)
Existing save with CC disabled
New save with CC enabled
New save with CC disabled
New save with CC disabled and localthumbcache deleted

Furniture projects are not completed in any of these instances. Woodworking was definitely working correctly before the HSY patch, but I'm not sure if that correlates.

Let me know if there's anything else I need to add 👉👈

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test:&nbsp; Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
