Gallery and Build mode issues

Hope it's the right place😀.

Build mode: As said in the title, when I switch to the Build mode, the buyable items (and other options of this mode like the search bar) won't appear, screen blocked on my house(can only move already owned objects present on my lot). Even worse, it blocks almost everything else : I can't save,  can't go back to the live mode, can't go back to the main menu or quit the game.

Gallery: similar issues with the gallery: when I try to install a lot that caught my eye, it says : "server error we could not process this gallery request" and it blocks the game!

Have you already been confronted to this situation? If so, how did you manage it?
