Gallery And My Library Content Menu UI Not Working With Mods In Game

I just did the new update and i use mods and cc and the Gallery and My Sims 4 Library UI is not Working Attachment Number 1 is My Sims 4 Library UI, Attachment Number 2 is The Gallery UI

Beth2524 Have you checked "vanilla" to see if it's a mod? Rename the mods folder and delete the localthumbcache file. Also see the pinned Broken and Updated Mods and CC list.

Yes ive gone in and turned off my mods via the options settings file because i cant even access my settings in game the way it is and ive deleted the localthumbcache file

  Beth2524 Turning mods off is not the same as testing vanilla. See the instructions in vanilla and 50-50 testing
