LilyfrostTheMed Let's get you working with mods to start, on a new save. Then we'll solve your current save.
We're going to start with a game refresh to make sure there aren't non-mod glitches:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it.
- Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
- Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
- Start with New and make sure you don't have issues playing in a new household. You can save as a test save.
Now put WonderfulWhims in the new Mods folder.
- Is this new Mods folder outside OneDrive? If things are still ending up controlled by OneDrive, you can head to https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-technical-issues-pc-en/current-issue-sims-4-savesuser-content-disappearing-pc/11838402 for support with getting the game permananently away from it.
- Does the test save work?
After that, you can copy saves out of the old folder into the new one and see if your old save is working. If so, we can start on your other mods.
