Game crashing after accepting invites, then crashing randomly

Ive tested my game without mods and it stil gives some kind of problem and with mods it crashes when accepting an invite to a base game event. then it stopped giving this problem.. i attended an event fine. now i play today and it randomly crashes. no invite, no travel, just a random crash while my sim is home. pls help me figure out why my game continues crashing.
