Game is unplayable after most recent update - July 25, 2024

I have all but the most recent EP, all GP except for Journey to Batuu, most SP and several Kits. 

I have removed all mods and CC from my game.

Ever since I updated my game, it will load into the home screen and then nothing else. If I try to enter any save file, the game gets stuck on the loading screen until I have to force quit. It is completely unplayable. 

I have tried repairing my game, multiple times. 

I have tried restarting my computer multiple times. 

I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game twice.

I clear the local cache after every attempt.

Nothing has worked or helped.
