game launch issues [moved out of other thread]

Without words. I launch the game all I see is The Sims 4 little intro blue screen and then it goes to black. All I can see is an arrow that I can move around. OH, and the little EA pop up that says I...

natyffigs​ Please test with no mods/CC: 

  1. Rename the Mods folder (and optionally, drag it to your desktop)
  2. If you use Reshade, reinstall it
  3. Delete the file called localthumbcache
  4. Try again

Please let me know if that works.

I moved you out of the other thread because you didn't have that thread's issue.
