Test in DX9 mode, and also see Broken/Updated Mods & CC. There's no need to redownload everything; only some of your mods/CC will be the cause. You can see How to Use Mods and CC for how to narrow down causes. If switching to DX9 made it work, you can try a batch fix in Sims 4 Studio, but first temporarily remove default replacement CC.
That worked! Once I ran the fix in Sims4Studio I opened it back up ran DX11 and it was back to normal. Thanks for your help!
