@2c546c66baff4a6c Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
I did this and there’s still an issue with no mods. I tried opening a different save not related to my main one and this issue isn’t happening. does this mean my main save is corrupted?
@2c546c66baff4a6c Possibly, yes, but it could be related to the mod that that message is about, which means there might be a remedy. For that, I'd suggest contacting the creator. You might, in the meantime, also try a "save as" instead of a save.
I have been trying the save as but it also doesn't work. What do you mean by contacting the creator? (sorry i am very new to this and don't usually have any issues with my game).
