Hi @MercyLeigh Could you test in a clean folder, please? Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Test in a new save to see how that behaves. If it does, exit, copy your old save files out of the old folder into the new one and load your regular save to test that.
