Hi,
Each day that I load my sims game it asks me to start a new game and I am unsure as to why? On the first day I played, I made a family and skilled them all to the highest levels and had children age up. However it was gone when I restarted the game.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but I don't know what is happening. This is on a new laptop.
@robynashleyu Does your computer run Windows or macOS? It's possible that OneDrive or iCloud drive, respectively, is syncing the contents of Documents and simultaneously removing the data from your computer. So look there for any stray Sims 4 files and let me know what you find.
Please also list the full file path to the user folder the game is reading. Here's how to find it:

You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but please leave the rest of the file path intact. And let me know if the username you see is NOT the one associated with the user account you sign into on your computer.
