RustySP The only way to know if it's not caused by mods after a particular patch or after a new ad is appearing is to test with an empty mods folder. Please renamed Mods, delete localthumbcache, and try again.
I'll add that several people have reported that removing TOOL Mod fixed this as of last week, although I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. (I might simply not be triggering the right ads, though.)
