Game thinks every sim is pregnant

I will share what had worked for me even though it seems that all of us are having the same issue with different mods or cc. I took everything related to vampires (mods) out of my mods folder which was mainly Zero, Twelfth Doctor, Polar bear Sims, ad Grumpy. I hope this helps someone 😉

All of my sims are marked as pregnant in terms of actions ( i.e. they can't go jogging, actually try for a baby, or do yoga, etc. of other things that are locked when a sim is pregnant). I've run my game with and without mods, used MCCC to check if they were and all were not pregnant. halp.

I  forgot to mention that this is applying to my NPC sims as well.

I had this one too, in fact I fixed it a few minutes ago.

In my case was one of the littlemssam mods. Not sure why because I had a few updated since last patch (I updated everything for July 1st patch but she released some more fixes a few days ago)

The ones I updated are:

1. Ultrasound scan
2. Miscarriage (though I removed this one because I decided I don't want it anymore)
3. More Wood Works
4. LittleMsSam_RSM_EP_S_TeenCanBuyLotteryTicket
5. LittleMsSam_SocialActivities (and the traddition addon)
6. LittleMsSam_RBF_ElevatorFix
7. LittleMsSam_RSM_EP_HR_CraftMoreNectarBottles (has 3 addons)
8. LittleMsSam_OnlineLearningSystem (2 addons)
9. LittleMsSam_MoreAwayActions

The problematic ones are probably ultrasound scan and miscarriage as they are both related to pregnancy.
She did leave a note in her Pregnancy Overhaul (I don't use it) update post mentioning the same issue "non-pregnant sims can't do laps because the game thinks they are pregnant": https://littlemssam.tumblr.com/day/2025/07/12/ (in my case it extended to everything, even whoohoo with fairies in the sky)

Make sure to delete the localthumbcache.package file when updating mods (specially her's) as some trash data can persist even when the broken mod was removed or updated.

I’m pretty sure this is why my elders aren’t dying—they’re “pregnant.” 🤣 I will, with some sadness, remove their fountain of youth so their housemates can jog and use the hot tub again.

Johnny Zest is no longer a pregnant elder. I didn’t unpause because I was afraid he might insta-die and I just wanted to test. That would… take more time. 😭
