@Bluebellflora i have a 13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports, CPU: 2,4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, GRAPHICS: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB, MEMORY: 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3, running sonoma 14.0 I have unistalled both the sims and origin and still i cant even launch origin without it crashing

Origin won’t launch? Or Origin crashes? Either way, Origin issues should be reported in the Origin forum https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Mac-Client-Technical/bd-p/origin-technical-issues-en Origin is separate to the game.
