Game won’t open because of “corrupt file” but I deleted it

Hello, so I have a lot of mods for the sims 4 and I haven’t been able to open the game as this message keeps popping up. I’ve deleted multiple mods as there is a different mod in the link every time I delete a new one and reopen the game. I haven’t been able restarted my computer, uninstalled the game, updated mods, and deactivated mods but it still wont let me in. I’ve already deleted the file it’s asking for but it still states thats the problem. Can someone help me?

PS: I use windows 10 for the sims. (if that somehow helps.)
