Game won't even launch!

I just bought a new computer and installed the game on it. But whenever I try to put all my CC on the mods folder (right now I have 3030 different packages), my game just won't start. In fact, it doesn't let me put more than 2178 pieces of custom content (i know i have a lot, but on my past laptop the game would run just fine with a lot more custom content). If I try 2179 instead of 2178 the game just does not launch. But when it's only 2178 it runs. I'm so frustrated right now.
