game won't load in, mods disabled and still shows at the start on sim

I can load into my sims and everything but when I go to press play like one of my households and it's loading me into the world it never actually loads in, it just plays the music and everything. Ill even hear the music that happens when you actually load in but my screens still the blue loading. I've let it go for hours and it just does nothing, and when I'm at the start it shows my sims with mod clothes on which I don't have anymore, I took all my mods out of the connected folder and put them in one that isn't linked to my game just to keep them safe and go through them one by one to see which one broke my game but I can't even do that because as soon as I press the allow script mods it breaks again. My main concern is getting it back on now, I don't care for mods I just want my game, I've deleted and redownloaded the game at least 5 times and it still says that the mods are there when they aren't.. I'm not sure what to do I've looked it up and nobody has a similar issue.
