Game won't open but is "running"

I updated my game and enabled cc and script files after launce as usual, but after that when I tried to open it again it didn't open at all.
When I tried to close the EA app it said the game was running, and when I checked the task manager it showed the game as running and I had to 'end task' to re-launch the app.
I tried removing all my cc little by little and found that every time I have any type of cas cc or build\buy cc in the mods folder, it doesn't open. 
It does open with any kind of mod cc (career, aspirations, more cas coloumns etc.

I really don't know what to do, I repaired the game and it didn't change anything. Also pausing ovedrive didn't do anything.
Normally I find a thred with the same problem or I eventually figure out the problam myself but now I'm really confused))):
