@darla7561 Please clear the cache for Origin or the EA App, whichever you're currently using:

And repair the game. In Origin, open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair; in the EA App, open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please delete the folder for Get to Work, clear the launcher's cache again, and redownload the pack. The folder will be labeled EP01 (Get to Work was the first expansion released), and by default, it's in one of these locations:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
