Getting a Job Messes up my Game

Ever since the newest patch, every time I make my sim get a job, I'm not able to fast forward with the keys anymore or get into the menu. I have to control + shift + esc to get out of it. I had some custom jobs so I deleted them, but it still does it, even picking a pre-made job.

I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem and knew if a certain mod was doing it before going through all my mods, because it's a lot D:
