glitches on random sims

I've seen on a few of random sims that walk around that there is some type of glitch. I'm unsure if this is just me or if this is common buts its happening to a lot of random sims that spawn in.

graphics
lag

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • Have you tried a game repair yet ?
