@kiradarkstar Hi There 😊 Ok so I haven't experienced this before but I do think u need try this first. Before u launch the origin client (the launcher) do the following.
1.click start button on ur desk top (depending on what windows u use this may vary)
Click ur (documents) file. U will then see a file that says (Electronic Arts) once u see this file : 2. Double click on the (Electronic Arts) file and open it u will then see a file that's says (THE SIMS4) 3. Once u have found this file u then do the following:
A: Right click on the file and click copy. Then go to ur Desktop any where and Right Click On the desktop and then Click PASTE. (RENAME that file TO THIS (copy The sims 4).
B: Go back to THE SIMS 4 FILE Under (Electronic Arts FILE)that u have just copied and pasted on ur desktop and RIGHT CLICK And delete it. (Note: only delete the sims 4 folder once u have alrdy copied it to ur desktop ) other wise u might lose all ur info and savings .
C: once u are certain that u have done these steps propley u may empty ur trash bin. (Recommend before following my next steps)
D: Go to the (Copy The Sims4 ) File on ur desktop and right click it and copy it again. Go Back to Documents and double click and open The Electronic Arts FILE. u will notice u don't have a sims 4 file . u now,do the following:
E:Right Click there and click PASTE. THEN RENAME THAT File to The Sims 4.
4. Lastly now close ur files and launch ur origin launcher and go to ur library and click the sims 4 game and then click the Gear/settings littl button (where u can repair ,update etc . U THEN CLICK REPAIR AND WAIT TIL ORIGIN HAS,DONE ITS JOB THEN. GO TO UR DESKTOP AND RENAME UR COPY THE SIMS 4 AND ADD THE DATE U DID THIS. THEN I SUGGEST SHUTDOWN UR PC AND TURN IT ON. AND Lunch the game let me know if it works.
All these steps is to help stop bugs. And help woth gliches etc.Hope this helps u. 🐎😎🌻🦋🍀
