green text boxes (pop up boxes)

anyone know what causes this happens when i installed custom content hope someone knows how to fix this.

Hi
I have been getting that issue for months and I decided to solve this problem today. I did 50/50 method and turned out I have a mod called Tmex Tool mod and that was causing the problem. I hope that anyone else having this problem can see this and solve it. It was very annoying for me..
