@33hsa33 At the moment any mod that is not updated for the patch could be outdated (with the exception of XML Injector, which has no reported issues). Mods that don't have obvious reasons to affect the UI can also do that. Test by dragging the Mods folder to the desktop and deleting localthumbcache. Save a copy of your Saves folder there too in case you forget to exit without saving.
Hello! thank you for replying to me. I have tried this a few times and I have deleted all broken or non-updated mods including duplicated cc. I am also using the better exceptions mod by TwistedMexi to see what mods are causing the issue. I deleted all the mods or cc that seem to be the issue however the green tint still says on certain buttons. i have even updated my laptop.
Also, this is the report the Better Exceptions mod gave me after i deleted all the broken and duplicated mods and cc.
even though it shows me that i have no broken mods, the game still has this strange green ui, an example

@33hsa33 BE can't help a lot with identifying UI issues. If going through listed updated broken and updated mods in Broken/Updated Mods doesn't identify the culprit for this, you'll need to do a 50-50 of your Mods folder.
- 2 years ago@luthienrising tysmm and I'm so sorry for wasting your time lol but i've identified the problem and it's the more CAS columns mod. I'm so sorrry, this was a mistake on my side.

@33hsa33 No worries! Are you on the current version now? That one should be fine.
