Groceries not being delivered

I play the sims 4 verson of the game and whenever I try to order groceries (through the fridge, if it matters) it says that the person will be there soon and then they never show up, and my household is charged for the groceries because the money is charged when its ordered. I also can't try to order again because it says that groceries are already on the way.
