Groceries not being delivered

I play the sims 4 verson of the game and whenever I try to order groceries (through the fridge, if it matters) it says that the person will be there soon and then they never show up, and my household...

@BUNNREMY Do you have the Private Dwelling trait on you lot perhaps?

Actually, I do. I didn't realize that might be the cause, thank you! I removed it and the groceries came just fine 🙂

The menu where the options is, is all together from the build menu to the options one are all on top of each other when I first got into my game then they spread out a bit but it's still a bit mucked...
