Halloween Holiday Keep Repeating Everyday

I do have some mods and I already tried to repair the game and move the mods but the holiday keep repeating everyday. It doesn't even appear the event board. The kids and teens keep coming for trick or treat. I also check the calender, it doesn't mark the halloween holiday in it. Whenever the day ended, my sims will be sad because the 'holiday' was awful. How do I stop this halloween to keep repeating everyday?
