hang pictures from ceiling away from walls
I'm building a cafe. I want to hang the menu from the ceiling on top of where the counter is. Obviously there isn't a wall there. I've put a spandrel there though.
Whenever I try to hang a menu, it snaps to the surrounding walls. I can't remove all the walls because I've already decorated them. Are there any ways have a menu/picture not snap to a wall? Or any other ways to control where it goes?
I would really like it if we could have half walls hanging down from the ceiling for this sort of scenario, in addition to half walls coming up from the floor. Perhaps there are ways of having a hole in the wall that sims can interact with each other through? Is that possible in the Sims?
....that worked! I built a wall behind where I wanted it to be and brought it forward with T.O.O.L. Glad about this 🙂
