Happy sim keeps doing the hunger animation with "has to pee" speech bubble.

This is Issa & Issa is feeling just fine. But she has a growling stomach paired with the complaint that she has to use the bathroom several times a day, while this is not the case... Wondering...

@DinowCookie CC can do unexpected things, unfortunately. Please test vanilla: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
