Has anyone gotten CC to show up in the Hot/Cold weather tags?

I've been manually adding the appropriate tag one by one with S4Studio and it still doesn't show up in CAS.

I'm using 3.1.2.0 as well. I normally keep all my CAS CC in a merged file so I batch fixed that merged file and it didn't do anything. I then tried batchfixing all the files individually and I got the same result. Now I manually added tags to the files and they still won't show up in either category.
