I get a corrupt zip that cannot be deleted or opened.
.tmp is a file that didn't finish downloading. Did you get this message while downloading?
If so, that happens partway through the download. You can go ahead and allow it -- it's your Windows being overcautious. The file is fine. I just reconfirmed that.
