[HCHSP] [CoL] Simple Living: Ingredients not recognized for batter/dough

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.101.290.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Max out cooking skills. Acquire all of the ingredients necessary to make batter or dough. With Simple Living turned on, attempt to make one or the other using the stand mixer. The game doesn't register you as having any in your inventory, no matter where they are (fridge, personal inventory etc). If simple living is turned off, sim is able to make the batter/dough without problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't use stand mixer to make batter or dough when simple living is turned on despite having all of the ingredients amd skills.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to make batter or dough using the stand mixer using flour/sugar with simple living turned on when I have them in my inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
