healthcare redux mod help!!

my kid has been diagnosed with diabetes and the game has now let me know their blood sugar is high. it says to give them insulin, click on the sim and the option should be there... but it isn't for me. does anyone know how i can give them the insulin or if im doing anything wrong? please help haha thank you
