HELP ME! MC Command Center Last Exception and more...

Hi! this is my first time doing this so please bear with me here, i'd so appreciate ANY help! So i found the html.lastexception file and it took me to see what exactly is wrong with my game and it's saying that some of my Lumpino mods are wrong so i took those all down and re did them. There were still 3 more last exceptions telling me what was wrong, the only problem i have with that is that i have absolutely NO IDEA what it's telling me to do, this is what it says...

Last Function Called: load_etree_node

Error Message: [cjiang] Error occurred within the tag named ;possible_actions' (value:L)(TunableMinimumLegnthError), CategoryID: tunable:;1470

I did everything you could think of trying to figure out what it is, I've searched up the 'possible actions' in my desktop, mods, documents, and downloads, and i found nothing. So pretty please i need help with that!

ALSO! DON'T LEAVE YET! I need help with my game crashing and sometimes not crashing. Before all of what i just said above happened this happened first, my game crashed and I mean glitched pink and green on my screen then turning black kind of crashed. After 7 hours I finally found the ONE cause that screwed everything up, it was PandaSama's Child Birth Mod, so I deleted it off of my mods folder and just left it at that I went into my game, and it was working again. Until I went back to download the recently updated version, it's fairly easy downloading it considering there was only two things in the ZIPPED file. I extracted what was in the file then I put it in its folder in the mods folder, I went back into my game and went to go to re-enable mods. Which idk if this is happening to anyone else but my mods aren't showing up on my menu when my game opens and it's really making me mad and every time I click on the 'show on menu' it doesn't work, sorry got side-tracked but if anyone could also help with that, that'd be amazing too! Anyways, and it didn't show up in my script mods and when I saw my sims all of their CC was gone (and I ADORE using CC like I don't think I can live without it) and then I went back into game play and my sims were at their old house and no last.exceptions popped up to tell me what was wrong. So, I logged out of the game and I went into my files and deleted the Child Birth Mod, then I thought that it might be clashing with one of my other mods and so I stupidly deleted all of my Lumpino's mods and the False Hope Cherished Memories mod in hopes of the PandaSama Child Birth Mod would work. And then I saw that I had a lot of extra **bleep** from over the past few months, so I went to delete those and for good measure I again stupidly deleted the recently updated version and then I re-downloaded it and put in there fresh. I went to go to game play and re- enable the mods (again my mods didn't pop up on my menu), but I have a feeling it doesn't work like it used to, like it wasn't actually re- enabling the mods, anyways I went into game play and then it said I didn't have my **bleep** or my Child Birth Mod. And after HOURS of screwing around with my computer I gave up deleted PandaSama's mod and attempted to put the False Hope Cherished Memories and Lumpino mods back. When I thought I did it turns out they are all no longer in my script mods (you know where you can see all of your mods and make sure you have everything) I looked through my desktop, documents, PC, downloads and the mods themselves and I found them, I made sure there weren't any duplicates and that nothing was hiding under another file, I even went back and made sure I filed them correctly I also watched a video specific for EACH DIFFERENT MOD and nothing worked or helped. 

So, I am begging ANYONE, help me with my Child Birth Mod, my Lumpino, False Hope Cherished Memories and **bleep** mods. And somebody ANYBODY tell me what the actual frick is that up above I have NO idea what it's trying to tell me.
