Help me with deleting a non-existent mod

Okay, listen:
Basically what happened is that two years ago I wanted to start installing mods to improve my Sims, so first I downloaded a pack of eye colors (it should be noted that it was not at all like what was in the preview).
Because I was disappointed, I decided to delete the mod via an automatically created folder called "Mods" - as it should be deleted, but when I went back into the program - the eye colors (which are so ugly and random as you can see btw) did not disappear! Even until now, I have suffered like this, and I have no idea how to delete this annoying mod that I don't even know where it is.. PLEASE HELP ME :((
