Help! Sims 4 CC wont show up in CAS!!!

I used to have CC a few months ago and I got bored of it. I deleted all the CC (not mods or Sims 4 folder).Now, a couple months later, CC wont show up in game. Its in the mod folder. Something I noticed is that some people have another folder in their Sims 4 folder but I don't have that. I don't remember having it when I had CC either. I tried moving the mods folder but i won't regenerate. My CC and Script Mods are on. I am only downloading CAS content from The Sims Resource. I use an HP Pavilion laptop and have had the Sims 4 since Christmas 2016. I also have Get to Work installed. Anybody that can help please do, it has been a month and a half that I have been trying to fix it but nothing I've done seems to work! HELP!!!!
