Help with blender files (Selfsolved)

I am converting the older poses I have downloaded to work with pose player for my game. (Ones that replace default animations) I know I need to extract the blender files before making package file for pose player but I can't for the life of me remember how to do it. I did figure it out on my own months ago but like I said I can't remember how I did it. I do know it was rather simple though.

Naturally AFTER I post I figured it out! I used an older version of Sims 4 Studio to extract the blender files.
