Help!

I cannot get into Nordhaven!! I have tried so many things that different gamers have recommended I do. I have tried uninstalling the game/all my mods and CC and have reinstalled the game/all of my mods and CC, ensuring they are all up to date, but I still cannot get into Nordhaven. Every time I try to get into the new world, it just gets stuck on a white screen, yet all of the other worlds open perfectly fine. PLEASE HELP ME.
