Helppp

My sims wont go to work. The option wont even pop up. Anddd a sim outside of the active family (that i had to delete because of this issue) keeps dying over and over again everytime my game freezes. Ive tried to use the better exceptions mod to find whats wrong, but nothing came up. Its Mcc that tells me that theres something wrong but wont tell me what. Just some sort of Drama node. I have cleared my cache, repaired my game, and basically tried everythign. I have only three mods and all of them are up to date. 😭😭
