Hide thought/speech bubbles with a mod?

These are bugging me terribly. I found no mod how to hide these bubbles. What I did find was a cheat but the cheat doesnt just hide the bubbles, it hides the tooltips of any item aswell. Which is really... unwise and definately not what Im looking for.

So, is it possible to hide them with a mod?
