Last night I installed the expansion "Horse ranch" from the EA app and I had several problems. The expansion results installed and purchased, but when I enter the game the DLC doesn't appear and it's non-existent.
I've already tried to eliminate the cache and to download the pack another time, but the problem persists.
What can I do?

@Consolina23 Do the CAS items show up? Please check manually; the filter might not work. If these items load, but the horses and the worlds do not, this is probably a mods issue.
If no pack content shows up at all, please run a search for EP14 , which is the folder for Horse Ranch. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP14 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
