Horse related CC & mod links

The one mod I'd love to find is a lot trait that disallows or allows horse adoption. (Not the neighborhood stories permissions, because those attach to families, regardless of whether they're in a lot where it makes sense to own a horse.)

@kemowery I have not had that issue where sims I don't play as have autonomously became horse owners? Does that happen in your game?

Yep. It's a neighborhood stories setting whether families can adopt horses. If I forget to turn it off, I end up with horses all over the place.

@kemowery Oh my goodness! that is chaos! I only have horses in a certain world and only certain houses where it makes sense. In my mind I have rationed it's like zoning laws. Only time I see a horse in the city in real life is if it's a police horse. Even in big lots, a horse can be too much work if the family has other stuff going on.

I did nt realize it was updated into neighborhood stories which I always have set as off. But even set off, sometimes I have retired parents who have no business have new kids, autonomously. My game is bugged this way. I have yet to encounter other families than I have designated with horses out and about. Only time I see sims with horses is usually at the equestrian center, which makes most sense, but I heard others see sims with their horses everywhere.
