Households deleted/ Mods not in game

Im not sure what i did but all of my households in SIMS4 are gone but i still have items in my save folder and in my mods folder. I have allowed script mods and cc but they still arent showing in my game, it only has base game items. I already deleted my localthumbcache.package, repaired the game, cleared my cache and restarted the app. Im not sure what else to do. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a solution for this? Is there a way for EA to bring back my played households?
