- @beaarango94 Okay the folder is here too.
Let's try the next step.
Go in your Documents folder (now, NOT the Installation folder like on your post #11)
In your Documents folder, you find a folder, it is also called "The Sims 4". Rename this folder to "Sims 4 OLD" or somethin like this.
Then open Game, start a new game and go to Copperdale. Maybe now copperdale works. But how is changing the name of the folder gonna help???
- @beaarango94 When the name of the folder is changed and you start the game, the Game creates a new Userfolder. Sometimes this can help.
OMG OMG OMGO MG OMG IT HELPED IT HELPEEEED YOU ARE THE BEST U DESERVE ALL THE BEST IN THIS WORLD THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!!
- @beaarango94 Niiice. But now, you need to move your savegame from old Sims 4 userfolder to the new one.

Hello, I know it has been 3 years since this thread was active but I'm hoping I can still get some help here. I was having the same problem of Copperdale appearing with no lots, so I followed your instructions 666_Carbide_666 and it appeared to be fixed. However, when I moved my savegame back to the new Sims 4 userfolder, the problem came back. Is there a way to get around this? This is a legacy save that I've been playing on for almost 5 years and I really don't want to give up on it...
