@beaarango94 Okay the folder is here too.
Let's try the next step.
Go in your Documents folder (now, NOT the Installation folder like on your post #11)
In your Documents folder, you find a folder, it is also called "The Sims 4". Rename this folder to "Sims 4 OLD" or somethin like this.
Then open Game, start a new game and go to Copperdale. Maybe now copperdale works.

But how is changing the name of the folder gonna help???
- 3 years ago@beaarango94 When the name of the folder is changed and you start the game, the Game creates a new Userfolder. Sometimes this can help.
