Households Won't Load After Recent Updates

Ever since the September 18th update, my households have been unable to load through the manage worlds menu. When I click play on any household or click the build button, it takes a while to load and then brings me back to the manage worlds menu with an error code suggesting I should reopen the game, which I have done many times. In essence, the only thing I can currently do on The Sims 4 is start a New Game, use Create-a-Sim, place the household in a lot, and that's as far as I can go. I have just repaired my game and all of my packs, deleted the local thumbnail cache multiple times, and deleted all the exception files. I am now starting to sift through my mods folder to see if anything there is causing my game to break. Does anyone have the same problem? Any solutions???
